FujigraphyFujifilm released firmware 2.00 for the X half. Its release notes list:
- a new SOFT GLOW filter in IMAGE QUALITY SETTING, which softens the highlights for a glow like a diffusion filter
- 12- and 24-frame roll lengths in Film Camera mode
- faster startup, less autofocus lag and a shorter gap between shots
- bug fixes
What it means for recipes
Soft Glow is a filter effect on the X half, not a new film simulation, and no other camera has it. Fuji X Weekly would like to see it on other X bodies, but Fujifilm hasn't said anything about that.
