Noise reduction is −2, not −4, because this lives at high ISO. Colour +2 brings back just enough colour for street lights. Exposure compensation 0. ISO 500 to 12800 (DR400 needs ISO 500+ on 40 MP bodies, 640+ on 26 MP).
